Culinary Sculpting Class:
Create an artful presentation as pleasing to the eye as to the taste.
This culinary art form rejoices in the shape color, line, texture and fragrance of food by: Arranging, drizzling, touching, fluting, garnishing, weaving, stenciling, folding, piercing, working, and glazing food on a glass palette.

Great for tour busses or parties. Can comfortably accomodate ten, or larger groups. Contact Jo to set up a class or party.

Ceramic Sculpture Classes:
Students watch a demonstration on sculpting the human form and then sculpt figures to be fired in Jo's kiln.

Watercolor Classes for Beginners and Intermediates

Have a sweet roll and coffee or tea as you paint. Jo demonstrates free flowing techniques with an emphasis on personal creativity and style using the principles of design. Bring images that inspire you.

Similar to regular watercolor classes except students bring wine and sip while they paint.
